Payment Terms

This page details our payment terms for the services provided and late payment charges.

These payment terms and conditions govern your use of our services; by using our website or services, you accept these payment terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these payment terms and conditions or any part of these payment terms and conditions, you must not use our website or services.

Invoices: All issued invoices must be paid within 7 days from the date of issue.  The definition of issued is when the invoice is sent either by 1st Class Royal Mail postal service, electronic mail (email), by facsimile or any other electronic or manual method to addresses (electronic, physical or to PO Boxes) or telephone numbers (facsimile) provided by the customer and deemed to have been 'delivered' within 24 hours of being sent.  All invoices include a "Payment Due Date" by which full, cleared funds MUST have been received in our bank account. Eye In The Sky Security may (at our discretion) extend the due date, but this must be requested (in writing) by the customer within 4 days of the due date.

Payments: Our preferred method of payment is via BACS or Electronic transfer directly into our bank account. Full details (Account Number and Sort Code) are included on all invoices.  Payments made by any other means (Credit or Debit cards, Cheques or Cash) will incur an additional 2.5% charge to cover our banking costs.

Late Payments: Full cleared funds must be received in our bank account by close of play (COP) indicated on the issued invoice.  Eye In The Sky Security reserves the right to restrict any services provided to you or to remove manpower from premises until full, cleared payment has been received. We also reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate for late payment in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
